Her daycare is $20 a day and because of her separation anxiety she will be going 2-3 days a week most of the next few months. *sigh*Raquelitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13138113830990586689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6822839939627192494.post-44628333704979669732012-08-23T19:03:28.137-05:002012-08-23T19:03:28.137-05:00Oh, but who wouldn't love those big black dogs...Oh, but who wouldn't love those big black dogs of yours? They are adorable and I can tell how much you two love them.

I do empathize with you about the cost, though, and the concern about how to make sure they'll be cared for when you are traveling. I think that's the part that's kept me from getting a cat or a dog (I like both and could see myself loving any animal I adopted). Your dogs are definitely your boys :-)Rosiecat24https://www.blogger.com/profile/07219527037186545061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6822839939627192494.post-91417884506760398072012-08-23T18:31:06.307-05:002012-08-23T18:31:06.307-05:00I like this meme a lot! My most startling expense ...I like this meme a lot! My most startling expense is probably my dogs. They are both 100 pounds, so they eat a lot, which means we spend about $120 a month on dog food alone. Then there's flea medication, vet visits, paying people to watch them if/when we travel. There's also the less obvious sacrifices, such as finding a place to rent (not many people trust two giant dogs - who woulda thought?). The boys are definitely an investment, but one which I'm perfectly willing to make. If I could afford it, I'd even get a third! It looks like our big budget item of the week is a new fridge. Oy vey....Raquelitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13138113830990586689noreply@blogger.com
